Job Summary

Dedicated to making a positive difference, the full-time Donor Outreach Coordinator will engage with current, previous, and potential donors to schedule blood donation appointments while providing exceptional customer service in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Enhance the donor experience by inspiring and assisting donors with scheduling their donations
• Collaborate with team members to foster a supportive and positive work atmosphere
• Code donor records accurately and address customer service concerns effectively

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• One year of customer service experience preferred
• Call center experience preferred
