Job Summary

Dedicated to making a positive difference, the full-time Donor Outreach Coordinator will engage with current, previous, and potential donors to schedule blood donations at local drives while providing exceptional customer service in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Enhance the donor experience by inspiring and assisting donors in scheduling their next blood donation
• Collaborate with team members to foster a supportive work environment and achieve organizational goals
• Code donor records accurately and resolve customer service concerns to retain donors effectively

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• One year of customer service experience preferred
• Call center experience preferred
