Donor Outreach Representative

Job Summary

Dedicated to making a positive difference, the full-time Donor Outreach Service Representative will service inbound contact center channels to resolve donor concerns and inquiries while supporting appointment scheduling in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to inbound questions and concerns through various communication channels, including calls, voicemails, and texts
• Utilize the eProgesa system to address donor eligibility inquiries accurately
• Achieve quality and efficiency metric goals while providing support for donor retention tools

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Six months of experience as a Donor Outreach Coordinator preferred
• Donor eligibility training preferred
