Donor Outreach Supervisor

Job Summary

Results-driven and customer-focused, the full-time Donor Outreach Supervisor will oversee daily activities in a call center, ensuring the achievement of outreach goals while managing and training a Customer Service team dedicated to inspiring donors to schedule appointments.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure the delivery of quality customer service to all customers
• Hire, supervise, train, and evaluate the performance of assigned personnel
• Develop daily call plans that strategically focus on Donor Outreach efforts

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Two years of related call center experience, including one year of supervisory experience
• Knowledge of telemarketing techniques required
• Preferred knowledge of blood banking telemarketing techniques
