Donor Services Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting fundraising operations, the full-time remote Donor Services Analyst will manage gift processing, maintain data quality within Salesforce, and provide exceptional donor support while collaborating with internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Process and record donations from various sources, ensuring accurate coding and timely entry into Salesforce
• Maintain the accuracy of donor records and perform data updates, deduplication, and cleanup activities
• Serve as the primary contact for donor inquiries, providing timely and professional support to strengthen relationships

Required qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in fundraising operations, donor services, or similar administrative roles
• Hands-on experience using Salesforce or a comparable CRM/database platform
• Experience in maintaining data quality, including record updates and data cleanup
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other business applications
