Donor Services Officer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Donor Service Officer to enhance the donor experience and support fundraising efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee external donor services vendors and ensure alignment with organizational values and KPIs
• Supervise contact center operations and provide training support for internal teams and volunteers
• Analyze program performance data and implement improvements to optimize donor experience and processes

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role
• At least 1 year of vendor management experience
• Previous experience in nonprofits, fundraising, or call centers is preferred
• Experience handling confidential data and financial information
• Familiarity with donor CRMs and online ticketing software is a plus
