Donor Support Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Donor Support Associate (Temporary Role).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality support to donors on inquiries related to refunds, recurring donations, and login issues
• Triage incoming support requests to the appropriate team based on content
• Review donation transactions as part of fraud prevention and meet established quality and productivity standards

Required Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, particularly in supporting customers via email and phone
• Preference for experience with HubSpot or similar email ticket programs
• Ability to work independently while managing a high volume of emails and calls
• Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for supporting progressive causes
• Comfort with troubleshooting and addressing user issues effectively
