Job Summary
A company is looking for a Door Fulfillment Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Convert door packages into Install Jobs and ensure job accuracy within specified timelines
- Create and manage purchase orders, coordinate with vendors, and track order fulfillment
- Process warranty, recall, and cancellation requests while collaborating with cross-functional teams
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in purchasing, order fulfillment, install coordination, or related supply chain roles
- Strong understanding of garage door components and configurations is preferred
- Proficiency in ERP/CRM systems (ServiceTitan preferred) and data management
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in the trade or construction industry is preferred
