Job Summary

A company is looking for a Door Fulfillment Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Convert door packages into Install Jobs and ensure job accuracy within specified timelines
  • Create and manage purchase orders, coordinate with vendors, and track order fulfillment
  • Process warranty, recall, and cancellation requests while collaborating with cross-functional teams
Required Qualifications
  • 2-4 years of experience in purchasing, order fulfillment, install coordination, or related supply chain roles
  • Strong understanding of garage door components and configurations is preferred
  • Proficiency in ERP/CRM systems (ServiceTitan preferred) and data management
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in the trade or construction industry is preferred
