Job Summary
Supporting appointment scheduling for all 10 OH clinics, the full-time DOT Certified Health Admin Specialist will manage phone communications, coordinate paperwork, schedule pre-employment testing and physicals, and assist with referral management in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate appointment scheduling and manage phone communications for multiple clinics
- Assist with data entry and maintain accurate department records
- Facilitate company-related appointments and follow-up visits while ensuring compliance with policies
Required qualifications
- High School diploma required; Associate Degree in Health or Business Administration preferred
- Certification in DOT drug screen collection and breath alcohol testing required within 3 months of hire
- Office experience in an occupational health setting preferred
- Proficient computer skills with a minimum typing speed of 60 wpm
- Knowledge of healthcare administration principles and organizational policies
