DOT Compliance Manager

Job Summary

Overseeing DOT/FMCSA compliance and equipment management, the full-time remote DOT Compliance Manager will ensure regulatory adherence, support logistics operations, and maintain fleet equipment while collaborating with various departments and providing after-hours support as needed.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain DOT/FMCSA compliance for drivers and equipment, including DQ files and IFTA reporting
• Oversee the procurement, maintenance, and repairs of fleet equipment, ensuring operational readiness
• Develop and implement ongoing DOT/FMCSA training programs for new and current drivers

Required qualifications

• Education or experience in transport and logistics, including routing, dispatch, and regulatory compliance
• High School Diploma or GED
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Docs for data organization and communication
• Ability to work flexible hours, including responding to after-hours calls as necessary
• Experience with auditing and maintaining compliance documentation for DOT/FMCSA regulations
