Draw Support Specialist

Job Summary

Managing a pipeline of up to 200 loan files, the full-time Draw Support Specialist will serve as a liaison between lenders, builders, and borrowers, ensuring construction projects remain on schedule and within budget while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and manage multiple complex construction projects, ensuring budget alignment and timely completion
• Review and process draw and change order requests, including preparing necessary documentation for signatures
• Maintain organized loan files and ensure compliance with company policies and state requirements

Required qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in construction and renovation mortgage
• 2-5 years of draw administration/project experience
• Familiarity with AIA documents, insurance policies, and construction terminology
• Experience in reviewing inspection and title reports
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
