Job Summary

A company is looking for a DRG Auditor III.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct MS-DRG and/or APR-DRG coding reviews for accuracy
Apply coding guidelines effectively using industry tools
Document audit results and communicate trends to management

Required Qualifications:

7+ years of MS-DRG and APR-DRG auditing experience
Expert knowledge of AHA Coding Guidelines
One or more of the following credentials: CCS, RHIA, RHIT
Experience with DRG encoder tools
Active AHIMA CCS certification
