DRG Coding Trainer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Auditor Technical Trainer - DRG.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver technical training plans and materials for the Clinical Chart Validation team
• Monitor performance and provide ongoing support and mentoring to team members
• Integrate healthcare auditing principles and conduct quality assurance controls

Required Qualifications

• Associates Degree or equivalent experience; Bachelor's degree preferred
• 5 to 7+ years of experience in claims auditing or clinical validation audit settings
• Coding certification required; CCS or CIC preferred
• Expert knowledge of DRG, ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding
• Strong presentation and organizational skills
