DRG Operations Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a DRG Ops Analyst to provide operational support to the Expert Claims Review team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage screening and distribution processes of Expert Claim Review Claims
• Assist with training and onboarding of new team members
• Monitor new client claims post-implementation to ensure performance meets client requirements

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Associate degree preferred
• 2+ years of experience in the healthcare industry preferred
• Experience in claim processing or medical billing is a plus
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and Adobe Acrobat
• Solid typing/data entry skills
