DRG Revenue Integrity Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor, DRG Revenue Integrity.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the execution, quality, and delivery of coding audits while supervising a team of auditors
• Conduct training and provide ongoing support to auditors, ensuring compliance with coding guidelines
• Analyze audit findings, prepare reports, and ensure client deliverables meet expectations

Required Qualifications

• RHIA, RHIT, CCS, or CPC credential required
• Minimum 5 years' experience in DRG auditing, coding, or HIM consulting
• Previous supervisory or lead auditor experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of ICD-10-CM/PCS, CPT, MS-DRG, APR-DRG, and reimbursement methodologies
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced consulting environment
