Driver Compliance Partner

Job Summary

To support all DOT/Driver Compliance and Driver Safety initiatives for 4,000 company drivers, the full-time Driver Compliance Partner will monitor accident reporting processes, manage driver behavior recognition, and ensure compliance with federal regulations while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor accident reporting processes and maintain relevant documentation for DOT reportable accidents
• Centralize oversight of driver adherence within the Telematics system and develop corrective action plans for non-compliance
• Collaborate with location management to enforce driver accountability and facilitate training on safe driving behaviors

Required qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience with Telematics and familiarity with DOT/FMCSA regulations
• Previous driver management experience strongly preferred
• Experience with camera and telematics technologies is preferred
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to work independently and in a team
