Driver Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Driver Manager to oversee transportation and driver management operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day planning and scheduling of drivers
• Oversee staffing performance management and development of employees
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and local, state, and federal laws

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma/GED required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain preferred
• Two or more years of relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, or a related field required
• One or more years of direct supervisory or leadership experience required
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) required
• Advanced knowledge of logistics industry and customer/company regulations required
