To enhance the driver onboarding process, the full-time Driver Onboarding Specialist will ensure the efficient hiring, orientation, and training of new drivers remotely while maintaining compliance and operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Collect and verify all necessary documents from driver applicants to ensure compliance and maintain organized records
- Coordinate drug screenings and track results to adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements
- Schedule orientation sessions and pre-lease inspections for new drivers, providing essential information about safety and job expectations
Required qualifications

- 2-4 years of previous experience in driver onboarding or a related field
- Knowledge of transportation regulations and compliance requirements
