Driver Onboarding Specialist

Job Summary

To support a growing driver recruitment initiative, the full-time Driver Onboarding Specialist will ensure an efficient onboarding process for new drivers, including document verification, drug screening coordination, and training program development, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with driver applicants to collect and verify necessary documents and maintain organized records for compliance
• Coordinate drug screenings and track results to ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements
• Schedule orientation sessions and pre-lease inspections, while monitoring the onboarding process and providing updates to management

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2-4 years of relevant experience in recruiting and onboarding
• Knowledge of transportation regulations and compliance requirements
• Proficiency in onboarding software and applicant tracking systems
• Basic understanding of trucking operations and driver pay structures
