Job Summary
Processing client requests for Driver Qualification services, the full-time Service Operations Specialist II will audit driver qualification documents, identify discrepancies, and maintain compliance with regulations while working remotely from home in the U.S.
Key responsibilities
- Audit driver qualification documents and drug & alcohol information for clients
- Identify discrepancies and enter information into applicable systems
- Collaborate with Client Service Specialists to validate client information and maintain data security
Required qualifications
- High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)
- 1+ years of experience in a general office setting, or a combination of experience and post-secondary education
- Experience in a highly regulated industry is a plus
- Proficiency in using a PC and navigating multiple screens and programs
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
