Job Summary

Driver Recruiter, manages the recruiting and hiring of drivers, ensuring compliance with hiring guidelines and regulations, in a full-time position.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the driver recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and closing candidates
• Analyze applicant data and determine hiring eligibility based on company guidelines and regulations
• Collaborate with leadership to address recruiting issues and enhance the candidate experience

Required Qualifications

• Associate's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of experience in a call center, inside sales, or related field
• Preferred experience in the transportation and/or logistics industry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in both office and remote settings
