Job Summary

Providing world-class recruiting services, the full-time Driver Recruiter will identify, recruit, interview, and recommend candidates for various positions while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview candidates, referring them to hiring managers
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with placement agencies and internal partners to meet staffing needs
• Ensure compliance with legal aspects of recruiting and promote the organization as an employer of choice

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
• Four or more years of experience in a related area
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Strong judgment skills in accordance with policies and guidelines
• Experience in creating and maintaining professional relationships at all organizational levels
