Driver Recruiter

Job Summary

To provide world-class recruiting services, the full-time Driver Recruiter will source, screen, and interview candidates for entry to mid-level positions while maintaining effective relationships with hiring managers and external recruiters in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Source, screen, interview, and refer candidates to hiring managers
• Develop and maintain effective working relationships with placement agencies and HR partners
• Ensure compliance with all legal aspects of recruiting and promote the organization as an employer of choice

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
• Four or more years of experience in a related area
