Driver Recruiter

Job Summary

To provide world-class recruiting services, the full-time Driver Recruiter will source, screen, and interview candidates for entry to mid-level positions while maintaining relationships with hiring managers and external recruiters in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Source, screen, and refer candidates to hiring managers
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with placement agencies and HR/business partners
• Ensure compliance with all legal aspects of recruiting and promote the organization as an employer of choice

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
• Four or more years of experience in a related area
• Experience in high-volume recruitment for various positions
• Ability to assess staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies
• Strong judgment and decision-making skills within defined procedures
