Driver Recruiter

Job Summary

Managing the driver recruitment process, the full-time Recruiter, Driver will source, interview, and evaluate candidates to ensure compliance with hiring guidelines while working in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the driver recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and closing candidates
• Analyze applicant data to determine eligibility based on USX hiring guidelines and transportation regulations
• Collaborate with leadership to address recruiting challenges and enhance the candidate experience

Required qualifications

• Associate's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• At least 2 years of experience in a call center, inside sales, or related fields
• Experience in the transportation and/or logistics industry preferred
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to effectively build rapport and communicate across various mediums
