Driver Recruiter

Job Summary

Managing the recruitment and hiring of drivers, the full-time Driver Recruiter will screen and interview candidates, ensuring compliance with hiring guidelines and regulations, while working in a hybrid environment that includes both remote and in-office responsibilities.

Key responsibilities:

• Own the driver recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and closing candidates
• Analyze applicant data and review background checks to determine eligibility for hiring
• Collaborate with leadership to manage expectations and solve recruiting issues

Required qualifications:

• Associate's degree in a related field or equivalent years of experience
• 2+ years of experience in a call center environment, inside sales, or related fields
• Preferred experience in the transportation and/or logistics industry
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office suite
• Ability to build rapport and communicate effectively across multiple mediums
