Driver Recruiter

Job Summary

To support ongoing driver recruitment efforts, the full-time remote Driver Recruiter will attract and qualify professional truck drivers, focusing on owner-operators and those with intermodal container experience, while managing the applicant pipeline and ensuring a seamless hiring process.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute market-specific recruiting strategies to maintain a robust pipeline of qualified drivers
• Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and scheduling drug screens
• Partner with Operations and Marketing teams to align capacity needs and promote company culture while ensuring compliance with regulations

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; college coursework preferred
• 2+ years of truck driver recruiting experience required, with a preference for owner-operator recruiting experience
• 6+ months of Tenstreet experience required
• Prior experience in the intermodal/drayage or transportation industry preferred
• Strong knowledge of FMCSA, DOT, and driver qualification requirements
