Driver Recruiter

Job Summary

Managing the driver recruitment process, the full-time Driver Recruiter will source, interview, and evaluate candidates to ensure compliance with hiring guidelines and regulations, while working in a hybrid environment that includes both remote and in-office collaboration.

Key responsibilities:

• Own the driver recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and closing candidates
• Analyze applicant data and review backgrounds to determine eligibility for hiring
• Collaborate with leadership to address recruiting issues and enhance the candidate experience

Required qualifications:

• Associate's degree in a related field or equivalent years of experience
• 2+ years of experience in a call center environment, inside sales, or related fields
• Experience in the transportation and/or logistics industry preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong judgment and de-escalation skills
