Driver Recruiter with CDL Expertise

Job Summary

To support a growing logistics team, the full-time remote Driver Recruiter with CDL Expertise will manage the recruitment process for drivers, provide training and support, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the recruitment process for drivers and maintain a pool of prospective candidates
• Conduct background checks, road tests, and training for drivers while ensuring compliance with regulations
• Develop and present training programs and conduct monthly safety meetings for drivers

Required qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in safety and training within the transportation industry
• Previous experience in driver recruitment and safety compliance
• Experience hiring drivers from different states in the U.S
• Safety expertise in HOS and DOT regulations
• At least three years of truck driving experience is considered an asset
