To support a growing logistics team, the full-time remote Driver Recruiter with CDL Expertise will manage the recruitment process for drivers, provide training and support, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Source, recruit, screen, and interview experienced driver candidates through various methods
- Conduct training and orientation programs while managing driver compliance with safety regulations
- Investigate vehicle accidents and employee injuries, preparing necessary reports and safety plans
Required qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of experience in safety and training within the transportation industry
- Previous experience in driver training, recruitment, and safety compliance
- Experience hiring drivers from different states in the US
- Safety-driven with expertise in HOS and DOT regulations
- At least three years of truck driving experience is considered an asset
