Driver Recruiter with CDL Knowledge

Job Summary

To support a growing logistics team, the full-time remote Driver Recruiter with CDL Knowledge will manage the recruitment process, source and interview driver candidates, and provide training while ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the recruitment process for drivers and maintain a pool of prospective candidates
• Source, recruit, screen, and interview experienced driver candidates through various methods
• Conduct training and safety meetings while ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations

Required qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in safety and training, preferably in the transportation industry
• Experience in driver recruitment and knowledge of DOT regulations is essential
• Proven experience hiring drivers from different states within the US
• At least three years of truck driving experience is considered an asset
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
