Job Summary

To support a growing logistics team, the full-time remote Driver Recruiter with CDL Knowledge will manage the recruitment process for drivers, provide training, and ensure compliance with safety regulations while fostering a positive driver experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the recruitment process for drivers, maintaining a pool of prospective candidates
• Source, screen, and interview experienced driver candidates through various recruiting methods
• Conduct training and safety meetings while ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations

Required qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in safety and training within the transportation industry
• Previous experience in driver recruitment and safety compliance is preferred
• Experience hiring drivers from various states in the US is essential
• Safety-driven with expertise in HOS and DOT regulations
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
