Driver Recruiter with Safety Experience

Job Summary

To support a growing logistics team, the full-time remote Driver Recruiter with Safety Experience will manage the recruitment process for drivers, provide training and support, and ensure compliance with safety regulations while fostering a positive driver experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the recruitment process for drivers and maintain a pool of prospective candidates
• Conduct background checks, road tests, and provide necessary training to drivers
• Ensure compliance with company, OSHA, and Department of Transportation regulations while conducting safety inspections

Required qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in safety and training, preferably in the transportation industry
• Previous experience in driver training, recruitment, and safety compliance
• Experience hiring drivers from different states within the US
• Safety-driven with expertise in HOS and DOT regulations
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
