Driver Recruiter with Safety Training

A company is looking for a Driver Recruiter.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the recruitment process for drivers and maintain a pool of prospective candidates
• Source, recruit, screen, and interview experienced driver candidates through various methods
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and conduct training and safety meetings for drivers

Required Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in safety and training, preferably in the transportation industry
• Experience in driver training, recruitment, and safety compliance
• Knowledge of hiring drivers from different states in the US
• At least three years of truck driving experience is an asset
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
