Job Summary

A company is looking for a Driver Services Associate.

Key Responsibilities

• Resolve customer inquiries following client guidelines and departmental procedures
• Handle difficult situations appropriately and interpret client guidelines for decision-making
• Collaborate with other areas to meet customer needs and deliver high-quality service

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• One to two years of call center experience is beneficial but not required
• One to two years of experience dealing with customers, over the phone or in person
• Working knowledge of Windows operating system
• Typing speed of 35+ words per minute
