Job Summary

A company is looking for a Driver Support & Dispatch Agent.

Key Responsibilities

• Support pickup and delivery drivers by troubleshooting issues related to access, instructions, and app errors
• Communicate with customers and internal teams to resolve delays and service issues
• Document interactions and maintain visibility across teams using Zendesk and Slack

Required Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in dispatch, driver support, logistics, or a related operational support role
• Comfort handling real-time issues and working across multiple tools and systems
• Ability to document clearly and consistently
