Job Summary

Providing exceptional support to independent drivers, the full-time Driver Support Specialist will assist with registration, account management, and address driver concerns in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Deliver first-contact support to drivers regarding deliveries, earnings, and company policies
  • Troubleshoot common app and platform issues while escalating complex problems to the appropriate team
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of platform updates and contribute to a positive work environment
Required qualifications
  • Associate degree or higher preferred
  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
  • Proficient in Google Office Suite
  • Experience in the gig economy or familiarity with remote work is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
