Job Summary

A company is looking for a Drug and Alcohol Counselor.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide counseling to members through various communication channels to monitor recovery progress
Conduct initial assessments and offer therapeutic strategies to help members deal with temptations and cravings
Collaborate with other departments to ensure a positive member experience and provide feedback for product development

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in delivering CBT and behavioral support for substance use disorders
Hold an active state credential from the Arkansas state credentialing board
Preference for unrestricted credentials and at least a Bachelor's degree
Proficiency in evidence-based practices such as Motivational Interviewing and Medication Assisted Treatments
Bonus: Quantitative/qualitative research experience
