Job Summary

A company is looking for a Drug and Alcohol Counselor (Part-Time/Remote).

Key Responsibilities:

Provide counseling to members through various communication methods to monitor progress on their recovery journey
Complete multidimensional assessments and offer therapeutic strategies to help members overcome temptations and cravings
Collaborate with other departments to ensure a positive member experience and provide feedback to the product development team

Required Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of clinical experience delivering CBT and/or behavioral support for substance use disorders
Proficiency in evidence-based practices such as Motivational Interviewing and Relapse Prevention
Hold an active state credential from the Illinois state credentialing board
Preference for unrestricted credentials and at least a Bachelor's degree
