Job Summary

A company is looking for a Drug and Alcohol Counselor (CADC/LCADC) in New Jersey, Full-Time.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide counseling to members on a weekly basis through text-based chat, video calls, and phone calls
Onboard users with an initial phone call and complete a multidimensional assessment
Monitor members' progress, offer therapeutic strategies, and support motivation to change substance use

Required Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of clinical experience delivering CBT and/or behavioral support for substance use disorders
MS/MA and/or BS/BA in a related field
Proficient in evidence-based practices such as Motivational Interviewing, Medication Assisted Treatments, and Relapse Prevention
Ability to work collaboratively with healthcare professionals from different disciplines
Hold an active state credential/license recognized by a national credentialing body
