Job Summary

A company is looking for a Drug and Alcohol Counselor.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide counseling to members through various communication methods to monitor progress on recovery journey
  • Complete multidimensional assessments and offer therapeutic strategies to deal with temptations and cravings
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive member experience and provide feedback for product development
Required Qualifications:
  • Hold an active state credential issued from the North Dakota credentialing board
  • Potential eligible credentials include AADC, CAADC, CADAC, CADC-II, CADC-I, ADC, CS, LADC, LCADC, CADC MAC, NCAC-I, NCAC-II
  • Preference given for unrestricted credentials allowing independent work
  • Hold a relevant credential recognized by IC&RC and/or NAADAC
