Job Summary

A company is looking for a Drug Free Workplace Care Manager Federal.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide substance abuse case-management services to clients who test positive during drug and alcohol screenings
• Oversee employees' compliance with requirements resulting from positive drug tests
• Coordinate and liaise with agencies and resources for treatment monitoring, client and provider contacts, aftercare plan review, and return-to-work process

Required Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in a behavioral health related field
• Current licensure that meets State, Commonwealth or customer-specific requirements
• Minimum of 7+ years post-degree experience in clinical counseling with 2 years in substance abuse assessment and counseling
• Strong organization, time management, and communication skills
• LCSW or LPC licensure
