Drug Rebate Team Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Drug Rebate Team Lead to oversee day-to-day Drug Rebate operations in support of Medicaid and pharmacy programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support Drug Rebate operations, ensuring timely and accurate dispute resolution
• Serve as a subject matter expert for complex rebate, claims, and compliance issues
• Collaborate with manufacturers, providers, clients, and internal stakeholders to achieve program goals

Required Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in Drug Rebates, Medicaid, pharmacy claims processing, or medical billing
• Strong understanding of HIPAA, confidentiality, and healthcare compliance standards
• Experience leading, mentoring, or serving as a subject matter expert for team members
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and document management tools
• Extensive experience in managing the Medicaid Drug Rebate Program and executing all phases of the quarterly rebate cycle
