Drug Testing Support Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting the Medical Review Officer (MRO) team, the full-time remote Drug Testing Support Specialist will manage the processing of drug-testing records, ensuring compliance with regulations and delivering exceptional service to clients.

Key responsibilities

• Initiate and manage calls to collection sites and laboratories for information and documentation
• Process and verify drug test results promptly while adhering to established procedures
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to resolve issues and ensure accurate reporting

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Experience in a professional customer service environment is a plus
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn multiple internal systems
• Ability to follow established procedures and handle sensitive information with discretion
