Drug Trend Management Senior Manager

Job Summary

As a full-time remote Drug Trend Management Senior Manager, the successful candidate will evaluate drug cost, safety, and integrity opportunities across Part B and Part D, building clinical and financial cases for viable options while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive impactful solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate surfaced opportunities to determine the validity of patterns and their potential impact
• Assemble clinical and financial rationales for opportunities that are deemed credible and actionable
• Collaborate with relevant functions to propose solutions and ensure effective communication of findings

Required qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in managed care pharmacy, utilization management, or drug trend analysis with exposure to Part B and Part D
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess population-level trends rather than individual cases
• Fluency in Medicare regulations and understanding of pharmacy claims data
• Proven ability to communicate complex ideas effectively to stakeholders
• Aptitude for continuous learning and process improvement within the role
