Drupal/PHP Developer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Drupal/PHP Developer to support the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) in a remote position.

Key Responsibilities

• Upgrade and maintain applications in Drupal, transitioning from version 9 to 10
• Update the PHP version of applications from 8.0 to 8.1, ensuring compatibility and stability
• Collaborate with the development team to design, develop, and implement functional changes required by the upgrade

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related experience
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in web development with a focus on Drupal and PHP
• Experience in migrating to Drupal 10 is highly preferred
• Strong knowledge of PHP 8.0+ and experience in upgrading PHP versions
• Familiarity with SQL databases, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and version control systems like Git
