DSCR Loan Officer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Loan Officer specializing in Hard Money (DSCR, RTL).

Key Responsibilities

• Build and nurture long-term relationships with real estate investors through consistent communication and personalized service
• Guide clients through the investment readiness process and analyze borrower eligibility
• Manage the sales pipeline, ensuring timely progression from origination to close

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and/or experience in real estate, lending, or financial services
• Minimum of 1 year of consultative/inside sales experience
• Proven track record of closing 5+ loans/month for residential investments
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with CRM platforms
• High level of perseverance and a strong work ethic
