Job Summary
Looking to create a meaningful lending experience, the remote DSCR Production Specialist will originate and close DSCR loans, serving as the initial contact for real estate investors and conducting detailed consultations to understand their financing needs.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the initial point of contact for real estate investors seeking DSCR financing
- Conduct detailed consultations to understand borrower goals, property performance, and investment strategy
- Collect and review loan applications, entity documentation, credit reports, and property-related income data
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of mortgage experience
- Ability to meet and pass all state certifications, requirements, and tests
- Knowledge of mortgage industry guidelines, including DSCR, FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, and VA
- Familiarity with mortgage systems such as loan origination software
- Self-motivation and enthusiasm to lead a sales team
