DSCR Underwriter

Job Summary

A company is looking for a DSCR NQM Underwriter.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze accuracy and compliance of residential mortgage loan applications according to private investor and company guidelines
• Minimize risk exposure by certifying applications are underwritten to applicable parameters
• Respond to loan audits and post-closing requests for additional documentation in a timely manner

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of current experience as an underwriter reviewing credit files for Non-QM Loan guidelines, specifically DSCR products
• 5+ years minimum prior underwriting experience
• Current or recent experience in underwriting DSCR loans
• Intermediate level of computer skills, including proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Strong time management skills and ability to handle multiple responsibilities
