Job Summary
To support individuals eligible for Dual Special Needs Plans (DSNP), the full-time remote DSNP Licensed Healthcare Agent will engage in consultative telesales, guiding prospective members through their Medicare and Medicaid options, enrollment processes, and ensuring a supportive experience.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective DSNP Medicare members, focusing on sales, education, and enrollment
- Guide individuals through Dual Special Needs Plan options, clarifying Medicare and Medicaid benefits and eligibility
- Meet performance expectations related to sales goals, call quality, and schedule adherence
Required qualifications
- Active Health or Health & Life license
- Minimum 1 year of Medicare experience
- Comfortable working across multiple software systems
- Able to work a schedule that includes at least one weekend day during AEP
- Home office setup that meets remote work requirements
